My brother just walked out saying that " Pineapple rice is too heaty". Which I take as the explanation as to why his bowl is not even half-empty even though he's a healthy, athletic 17-year-old.
Or..... maybe its BECAUSE he's a 17-year-old with raging hormones, growing pains, having trouble with girlfriends and struggling to make sense of his life-like why MY MATH IS BETTER THAN HIS.
ok. he's given an explanation: "Kanasai! My bowl was piled like that one leh. (does some action to describe the mountain of rice that was in his bowl.)
Say what you want, but I still think you're abnormal, little bro.
Kids your age are going for third helpings, gorging themselves silly on Seoul Garden Barbequed stuff, which, may I remind you, are infinitely more 'heaty' than half a bowl of home-cooked pineapple rice.

Hans is really a normal and healthy kid. Its just that school is too much for them to handle these days.
(Ya right.)
p.s sometimes, i think that i have an unnatural obsession with my brother.
p.p.s on second thought, no, that's not true. he's just too weird to ignore.
: )
