Two Considerate

Two days ago, I made
Two calls to my mom.
Too tired to come back myself, I hoped that she would come to pick me up.

Two minutes later, however, I changed my mind, because she was
Too tired herself.

But unknown to me, she was already waiting for me... after I had walked from the esplanade, to city hall mrt, to bugis and was already on the bus.

She heaved...
Two sighs..
Two seconds of uncomforatble silence while
Two eyes start to fill with tears of regret.

Two acts of sacrifice
Too stupid?
